The San Remo Foreshore Reserve consists of approximately 27.5 hectares of coastal Crown land, including 7km of foreshore reserve situated at the western-most point of the Anderson Peninsula (from Potters Hill Road). The land is reserved for public purposes pursuant to the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978.

The San Remo Foreshore Reserve is managed by a group of volunteers who are appointed and report to the Department of Environment, Land, Water & Planning (DELWP).
